Themed cookery afternoons. Duration +/- 2

Luc Dewalque divides you into three groups
and coaches you in the art of preparing a
3-course menu which you will serve at meal
time that evening.
Initiation in tasting 4
to 5 wines in the establishment’s
cellars. 4 old vintages will be on the programme.
The maximum number of participants is 15.
Our cellars house many
fine vintages, including bottles from 1890
with a Cantenac Brown appellation Margaux,
a Laffite-Rothschild 1891 appellation Pauillac
and many prestigious wines from the beginning
of the last century. We may even have the

and beginning of autumn, Richard Mignolet will take
you on a nocturnal walk in the forest to hear the
majestic stags braying. It is bound to be an emotive
From September to November, walk
in search of wild mushrooms.
Night trial, rally on foot, orientation
trials and hikes organised as you wish. The highlight,
a rally through forest and countryside on board old
military vehicles. These team building events can
include a meal in the heart of the forest, at any
Gliding, first flights, hot-air ballooning,
at the aerodrome in Saint Hubert.

For those who are sporting, many
activities like mountain biking, quad biking, kayaking
